Someone can say that they are in favor of accomplishing all sorts of good things. Especially for people who are low-income and disadvantaged. And then say they have a policy or program or policies or programs to help these people. But that really isn’t the question, the real question is whether or not their policies and programs accomplish that the creator or creators. Of them set out to accomplish or not which is what accountability is about. Which is how all programs should be judged public or private are they accomplishing their goals and objectives. Or not rather than judging them purely on their intent and what they are supposed to accomplish.
